I have found a variety of recipes, some with pasty, some with biscuit mix, but am looking for a decent one for a quiche lover who is coming over. And I can't do pastry to save my life! Thanks Ladies!

Not much help I guess. I usually keep a box of crusts in the freezer because I can whip up a quick supper this way. I defrosted the pre-made pie crust. I sauted the veggies, and then mixed with eggs, milk, cheese, and seasonings. Cooked at 350 for about an hour. It was all gone, so I guess it was good :0
