Idiot Proof Quiche |

Needing a recipe for a quiche that I can't screw up. I have found a variety of recipes, some with pasty, some with biscuit mix, but am looking for a
decent one for a quiche lover who is coming over. And I can't do pastry to save my life! Thanks Ladies!

Mmmmm quiche has bacon right? LOL Sorry, I am of no help, I've never actually made it. Though I think I may have to try!

I just buy a pre made pie crust, scramble up some eggs with whatever is in the fridge and bake - always turns out pretty well. Not much help I guess. I usually
keep a box of crusts in the freezer because I can whip up a quick supper this way.

Thanks Kelly! I had thought of doing that, but wasn't sure how it would turn out, lol! How long would I cook it for? One of my biggest dislikes in the
world is undercooked pastry!

I precook the pastry for a few minutes and then just watch and poke :0 depends on how much stuff I throw in.

I just tried my first quiche from a recipe from the Kraft magazine. I defrosted the pre-made pie crust. I sauted the veggies, and then mixed with eggs, milk,
cheese, and seasonings. Cooked at 350 for about an hour.
It was all gone, so I guess it was good :0 |
